Mission & Values

The mission of TEAP is to build capacity of community groups and individuals equipping and empowering organizations to be able to carry out the effective sustainable services and to increase productivity, accountability and economic independence. As well as helping women, children, people with disabilities by providing them with financial skills and income generating activities, psycho-social counseling, parenting skills to especially young mothers and to provide shelter, food and medical care to the needy.

 

Mission Goals:

  • To build capacity of grassroots Community Based Organizations to meet the needs of their local communities

  • To empower women,  especially single mothers and widows

  • To facilitate child development

  • To provide support to people with disabilities

  • To fight HIV/AIDS and mitigating its effects

  • To promote care and concern for the needy and less privileged

  • To give and receive donations for charitable purposes
